The room was spacious with a balcony, coffee, and a lounge area, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

I had a relaxing stay in a long time. Everything was nice, including super friendly staff. Hopefully the room was great-sized with water views, a dreamy sunset plus the bedroom. The location near shops and restaurants was good. I liked the beach restaurant:)))

the room was spotless and airy, included a fully equipped little kitchenette and a lounge area. the bed was extremely comfy and there was wifi.

The place is ideal with superbly friendly staff at the reception desk. the location is amazing, especially if you want to stay close to restaurants and cafés. It's around a 10-15 minute walk from the city center.

Room was big, location was good, staff were polite and room was spotless.

The only problem was the lack of water pressure and the small nature of the hot water system but I was on my own so not a massive issue and was offset by the value for money, room size and location.

this hotel was suitable place for exploring caloundra, liked it and venue’s excellent friendly staff at the reception desk. the location was incredible and stunning for walking around a beach park. everything was simply very good.

This place is conveniently located near the beach in the heart of the town.

Belaire Place is excellent if you are catching a bus from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast and staying at Caloundra as it is a two minute walk from the bus terminal in Caloundra. $5.00 per person return to Australia Zoo from the bus terminal also. Lovely walking along the beach broadwalk and also hired bikes from the information centre. A very relaxing place to stay.

Large apartment with a really nice balcony facing the street but could also see the beach and ocean.

The room was clean, bright, and had a modern bathroom, with a comfortable bed, a kitchenette.

Location good for restaurants, shopping, beach, no need to use car. Close to where I needed to be early on Saturday morning (Sunshine 1/2) Friendly welcoming management.

Restaurant below room noise from late night customers, and people leaving beach but only because had to be up real early.

We liked to location. It was not necessary to use the car much as we were able to walk into the town centre and have lovely walks along the beach front. Eating facilities were also readily available within walking distance. We were impressed with the size of the room and the beautiful balcony.

Good location with secure parking. Well equipped good size rooms with easy access. One minute to excellent beach front and good choice of restaurants. Good quality Indian restaurant on site.

Bedding blankets dusty. Need a good shakeout and wash. Mattress too hard for our liking.

Very surprised at the level of comfort / cleanliness. Would definitely stay here again for a weekend ! Budget friendly, very comfortable, helpfull managers !!!
